Job Duties
- Be gracious, friendly, patient and have a helpful attitude towards guests
- Bus and clean tables, Wash glassware and organize glassware
- Change Kegs when needed in an accurately and timely manner
- Take direction from the bartenders, taproom manager and other staff as needed
- Have a strong knowledge of all products sold
- Maintain a clean and inviting taproom and surrounding areas
- Help with restocking, cleaning, setup and/or breakdown of the taproom, restrooms, patio, and all other service areas as needed
- Clean various glassware, utensils, bar equipment, tables, etc.
- Follow all safety and health regulations
- Be a brand ambassador and potentially represent Red Bear at festivals and local events
- Any other assigned tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience is required for this role. Fast food/fast casual experience does not transfer. This is not an entry-level barback position.
- Sunday availability is required
- Some weekday daytime availability is needed. (At least 1-2 weekdays)
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Bar experience is strongly preferred.
- Open/flexible availability is strongly desired
- Fluency in ASL is desired
