Spicy – Carrot – Ginger • Ehhhhhhhhh….. What’s up Doc!? It’s spring time and that means it’s time for a new, more refreshing Saison at Red Bear. We used an experimental new American Saison yeast cultured from a barrel found in Northern Virginia by our friends at Jasper Yeast Labs. We also added ginger and and 160 lbs of fresh carrot puree to pair with the spicy and floral notes produced by the yeast. YUM-O! Note: If ordering 32oz cans, these are sealed with a crowler machine. They will be good for at least 1 week.
