Grapefruit – Malty – Pine • Inspired by some of the red ales of the Pacific Northwest, we decided to make a malty-yet-hoppy red ale of our own! We paired pale malt, munich malt and crystal malt from Washington state with a ridiculous amount of iconic Centennial and Simcoe hops bursting with pine and citrus flavor. Skookum is only brewed while listening to Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice in Chains while wearing an appropriate amount of flannel. Note: If ordering 16oz or 32oz cans, these are sealed with a crowler machine. They will be good for at least 1 week.
